The Velosity Engineering, Launch and Optimization Lab™
The Velosity Lab is a dedicated precision machining development center at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility. The Velosity Lab cuts sample lead times from 4-6 months to 2-3 weeks by running functional samples through a structured Phase Gate process and enabling OEMs to validate designs and move to production faster.
Equipped with up to 9-axis Citizen Swiss machines, multi-axis milling centers, and a dedicated metrology lab, the Velosity Lab also supports continuous improvement on existing production parts without interrupting active manufacturing. That means design iteration, refinement, and troubleshooting happen in parallel with production, not in competition with it.
